I. Shipping Information:

a) Shipping Methods:

We offer our customers two broad categories of shipping options:

-->First Class Mail (Available only for deliveries to locations in the United States).

-->UPS (A wide range of UPS services, available for deliveries to locations in the United States or anywhere else on Planet Earth).

b) Shipping Timetables:

Orders are usually internally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. From that point in time, the actual delivery date to the requested location will depend on the shipping method and level of service chosen by the customer as follows:

-->First Class Mail: First Class Mail Orders will normally arrive in 2-3 business days after they have been internally processed and shipped.

[Therefore, this means that when using the "First Class Mail" shipping method, the total time from when the order was placed on-line to when it is actually delivered to the requested address will normally be approximately 7-10 business days (5-7 days of internal processing plus 2-3 days for delivery by first class mail).]

-->UPS Orders: After completing internal processing, UPS Orders will arrive in accordance with the schedule set forth in the UPS Delivery Table corresponding to the level of service selected.

[Therefore, this means that when using any of the several available "UPS" shipping methods, the total time from when the order was placed on-line to when it is actually delivered to the requested address will normally be as follows:

------>"Next Day" UPS Services: approximately 6-8 business days (5-7 days of internal processing plus 1 day for UPS delivery).

------>"Second Day" UPS Services: approximately 7-9 business days (5-7 days of internal processing plus 2 days for UPS delivery).

------>"Third Day" UPS Services: approximately 8-10 business days (5-7 days of internal processing plus 3 days for UPS delivery).

c) Shipping Notes and Recommendations:

First Class Mail orders can be delivered to Postal Boxes (P.O. Boxes). However, UPS cannot deliver to Postal Boxes (P.O. Boxes), so you will need to provide a valid street address for UPS delivery.

It is recommended to use UPS for large orders.

It is recommended to use UPS for international orders (including Canada and Mexico).

II. Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All sales are final. If a customer receives product that is damaged or defective, the customer can request replacement by returning the product with a brief letter describing the damage or defect, order number, date ordered and method of payment used at the time of purchase.
